Two hundred emails,each one personal.
One message, written once, personalized per person, sent from your own mailbox. Above a few hundred, hand it to a sending service — the line is drawn where deliverability says it should be, your choice per campaign.
- Preflight first
- Nothing sends until the preflight passes. It names blockers, the pace per hour, and how many days the send spans — you find out about limits before you hit them, not by hitting them.
- Honest numbers
- “Sent” means your provider accepted it for delivery, not that it was opened. There is no tracking pixel here by design.
- The suppression list
- Hard bounces, spam reports and unsubscribes land automatically; campaigns refuse those addresses outright, and ordinary compose warns you but lets you decide. People who asked you to stop don’t get asked twice.
- The rules are the rules
- Gmail and Yahoo reject bulk marketing without one-click unsubscribe. A marketing campaign can’t start without one.
